This policy applies to orders placed with RNA Styles within Sri Lanka.

Standard delivery window: 2-5 working days within Sri Lanka.
Free Delivery on Orders Over Rs. 3000. Orders below the threshold may include a delivery fee shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp.
Delivery may vary during public holidays, adverse weather, or courier disruptions. We will communicate updates via WhatsApp/SMS when delays occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Easy exchange within 7 days of receipt. To request an exchange, contact us with your order ID and photos where relevant.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Products marked as final sale are not eligible unless defective.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with applicable Sri Lankan consumer protections.
